Loan programs consist of Adjustables based on 12 MTA, 11th COFI, 6 month LIBOR or 1 year CMT, or 3, 5, 7, 10 year Fixed-Hybrids with 30/30 amortization (no balloon payment). In addition we have Interest Only payment programs, Conduit Buster programs, Market Rent qualifying programs, Stated Express Fast Close (no tax returns programs) and our DCR crusher/buster programs as low as 0.65 to 0.90.
